The Blue Man Group was formed in the 1980s by Chris Wink, Phil Stanton and Matt Goldman. In 2005, there were close to 60 Blue Men, who staged theatrical productions in New York, Boston, Las Vegas, Chicago, Toronto and Berlin. The Blue Man Group production at The Venetian in Las Vegas showcases the wildly popular Blue Man Group combining music, comedy and multimedia theatrics to create a totally unique form of entertainment -- designed for maximum emotional impact. According to Blue Man Group co-founder Chris Wink, "Our trademark has become the party atmosphere the show creates in its own quirky and wonderful way." The Venetian present the Blue Men and band on whole new performance level, the combination of the new custom-built theatre and the a state-of-the-art sound is to offer an exuberant Blue Man Las Vegas experience.
